Two Hands is a small, owner-run smash burger shop on College Street in Toronto. Beef pressed thin on a hot flat-top until the edges go dark and crisp, cheese melted straight onto the patty, a soft glossy bun, and not much else in the way.
Green walls, checkerboard floor, film posters, and burgers on checkered paper. Order at the counter, sit down, or take it to go.
